John Daly rolled back the years at the Qatar Masters in Doha on Thursday with a 5 under 67. Before Daly had fired a shot in anger today he found himself in the lead as 45 mph winds hit Doha and play was suspended. The tournament has been reduced to 54 holes. Spain's Gonzalo Fdez-Castano had let on day 1 at -6 but quickly dropped 2 shots through 7 holes today. In a strong showing from USPGA pros, Jason Day and KJ Choi are also tied for second on -4 with Fdez-Castano.

It's Westwood Low!!! for Lee in Thailand...
Just when you thought Lee Westwood couldn't get any better or go any lower after last week's awesome 62 in South Africa, which his caddy remarked as being the best round of golf he had ever seen anyone play... you guessed it, Lee went 2 lower in Thailnd, opening up with a career best 60 for an amazing 12 under par to lead by 5 from a surprise second placed John Daly. Westwood Low! continued his form on day 2 with another bogey free round for a 64, to reach an amazing -20 after just 2 rounds. Luke Donald wins race to Dubai...
Luke Donald took control of his destiny with a bogey free 66, -6 today in Dubai. As things stands he will not only win the race to Dubai but having already sealed the US Moneylist title, he will become the first player to officially have won both the European and US tour moneylists in the same year. Rory Mc Ilroy needs to win tomorrow to have a chance of catching Donald, but could only muster another 1 under round to reach -8, 6 shots back from Quiros who couldn't match the fireworks of Friday's 64 but did manage a -2 round of 70 to get to -14 and lead by 2 from Paul Lawrie.

Tiger finally out of the Woods at Chevron
Tiger won for the first time in over 2 years at the Chevron International today after a final round -3. It took a dramatic final hole birdie to snatch the long overdue win from under Zach Johnson's nose who led by 1 at the start of the day. Tiger commented 'It feels awesome!'
Tiger Woods bounds back from the Wilderness
Tiger Woods teed off in the final round of the Chevron just won shot back from Zach Johnson today and proved that he has finally come out of the golfing wilderness. He is swinging it great and seems more like his old self than he has for a long long time.
Through 10 holes on Sunday Tiger is -1 and takes a 1 shot lead over Zach Johnson. If he were to win today it would surely be the most important win of his career so far...

Mc Ilroy piles pressure on Donald with win in Hong Kong..
Rory Mc Ilroy achieved his target today by winning the Hong Kong Open in a dramatic climax which saw Mc Ilroy hole from a greenside bunker on the last to post a winning 65 to win by 2 from Havret.
To capture the race to Dubai, Mc Illroy will have to win in Dubai next week and also hope that Luke Donald finishes outside of the top 8. Donald said he didn't expect anything else but a win from Mc Ilroy today but as a parting shot said that he still has a big advantage! Donald came back at the Nedbank in Sun City South Africa after 5 weeks off to finish seventh, where Lee Westwood won after a stunning 62 on Saturday.
